Somertons is a Washington, D.C.-based innovative boutique law firm with a practice that focuses on corporate, securities, M&A, strategic investment, and U.S. and cross-border transactional matters. Our offices are in close proximity to many of the principal U.S. Federal agencies and regulatory organizations before which we often represent our clients.

Our principals are all formerly partners at other major law firms.
